There is also a button on the straps and an elastic bungee inside making them adjustable from 20.87-inches to 29.13 inches—you can even stretch them to 30.71-inches for maximum length. The seat belt clip measures 0.82-inches wide and can be clipped into many vehicle seat belt receptacles and can fasten to your dog’s harness with the metal quick-release buckle. And with reflective stitching, this seat belt is great for nighttime use.
