Follow the below instructions when you meet the same problems while using button maker, you might find solutions to your problems.
Please feel free to use our button maker machine, we've randomly checked and tested each batch several times before shipping the button maker 2.25 inch to ensure that every pin maker you receive can work perfectly, so when you encounter problems you can refer to the following common solutions:
Q1: I got stuck while using the pin maker machine, how do I avoid this problem?
A1: The out-of-size picture paper and too much transparent protective film will cause this problem. We recommend using just the right size picture paper and a single piece of clear protective film, otherwise it is easy to cause pin making kit jamming.
Q2: Is there a recommended size for the paper when using the button press to make a badge?
A2: We recommend you to cut the paper with picture to about 70mm when making a 58mm badge.
Q3: Feel difficult to use the button press machine?
A3: 1. When you use these button maker supplies in the right way, you don't need to use too much force to press it, please check if you use the button machine in the right order. 2. Place the button making machine on a level and sturdy tabletop to avoid damaging the button making kit during operation.
Q4: Is there anything I need to be aware of when making metal badges?
A4: This badge maker is designed for making 58mm size badges, when making metal badges you must use a gasket in the mold of the button maker kit, the gasket is included in the button pin maker kit. But plastic badges don't need to.
Q5: Why my metal badge has stuck in the mold of the button maker and the last press does not seal tightly?
A5: We don't recommend to put deformed metal shell into the button maker machine's mold and each part of the badge needs to be placed in the correct position, e.g. the front and back side, which means that the side with pin facing down.
Q6: Plastic protective film can not wrap the badge?
A6: 1. No need to align when pressing for the first time, the holes need to be aligned for the second time when using pin maker. 2. Please check whether too many pieces of plastic films are used, or whether the picture paper is too thick.
