Features

• Good welding effect: This welding rod is produced by regular manufacturers. The welding rod itself is relatively smooth, and the welding effect is full and smooth! It has flux powder inside. It has a low melting point (about 420¡ãC), good fluidity, strong hardness and toughness, and good sealing performance. There is no need to use other flux powder.

• The use method is simple: First use sandpaper to polish the welding parts of the copper tube and the aluminum tube (the paint oxides and oil stains on the metal surface must be removed), move the welding torch to evenly heat the parts to be welded, and when the temperature reaches 420 ¡æ (medium temperature ), add copper-aluminum electrode to make it melted by heat and flow into the joint evenly. After the weld is full, remove the welding torch and let it cool. After cooling, no further treatment is required, and the flux residue is visible but non-corrosive, does not absorb moisture and adheres firmly.

• Crack repair of aluminum parts of aluminum alloy engine unit casing base gearbox.

• Repair the cracks and holes of the heat sink of the aluminum oil pan radiator.

• The second re-casting welding is carried out if the aluminum fittings are missing blocks or have a large area of wear.

• Used for welding of aluminum wires and copper joints, copper bars and aluminum foils in transformers and reactors.

• Used for welding aluminum and copper pipes in condensers/evaporators in refrigerators and air conditioners.

• Welding of copper and aluminum wires in products such as radiator motors, batteries, and home appliances.

Precautions:

• Before welding, remove the dirt such as grease and oxide on the soldering part and the surface of the brazing material.
• Before welding, heat the weld evenly, and then use the electrode to scratch at the weld. After the temperature is reached, it will melt and spread to the early mouth.
